Tournament Field Increases to 27 Teams: A Look at the Recent Additions

The field for the 4th Annual "Wally" Seaver High School Invitational continues to grow, expanding to 27 teams for the time being as we once again prepare for a fun and competitive weekend of basketball in our efforts to fight Lou Gehrig's Disease (ALS).

Here is a look at the latest additions to the field of competition. Here's a look at the first and second waves of commitments thus far. To view all 27 participating teams, click here.


BOYS:

Holliston (MA) - The Panthers are among the newcomers to this year's event, joining our field for the first time.

Wellesley (MA) - The Raiders are back for a fourth consecutive year, once again bringing a competitive edge to our "Stay Strong" division.

Walpole (MA) - Back for a second consecutive summer, Walpole is fresh off a trip to the D2 South quarterfinals this past winter.

North Attleboro (MA) - An on-the-rise team, North Attleboro will make it second consecutive appearance within our "Stay Strong" division.

Brookline (MA) - Back for a fourth consecutive year, Brookline will look to regain its crown this summer, having won the event in 2013.

Cohasset (MA) - The Skippers rejoin the field in 2015, making their second appearance after winning the "Fight Forth" division championship back in 2013.

Norwood (MA) - One of our early newcomers to this year's event, Norwood is making their first appearance in the "Wally" Seaver High School Invitational.

Wachusett (MA) - The Mountaineers are back for a fourth straight summer, continuing to be a viable playoff threat within the "Stay Strong" division.


GIRLS:

Norfolk Aggie (MA) - After helping headline the first group of participants within our "Give All" division, Norfolk Aggie returns for a second consecutive summer.
